# Account Deletion Request for Kynto

At Kynto, we understand the importance of data privacy and control over personal information. If you’ve decided to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below:

## **Steps to Delete Your Account:**

1. Log into your Kynto account
2. Navigate to ‘My Account’
3. Select ‘Account Settings’
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the option ‘Delete My Account.’
5. Click on ‘Delete My Account’ and confirm your request in the pop-up window.

Please note, once you submit an account deletion request, it cannot be reversed.

## **Data Retention & Deletion:**

Upon submitting your request, our team will proceed with deleting your Kynto account and all associated data. The types of data deleted include:

– Profile Information: Your name, avatar, profile picture, and any other personal details provided during registration or updated later.
– Chat History: All your conversations, message history, and interactions within Kynto.
– User-Created Content: Items, rooms, avatars, and any other user-generated content associated with your account.

Please note that due to technical constraints and legal obligations, some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained. However, this data will no longer be identifiable to your person.

The data deletion process typically takes up to 30 days after the request is received, as prescribed by data protection regulations.
